Craig Hopkins, Director of Property Management, is a pro-active and results-oriented professional with more than 15 years of operations and project management experience.
Originally from South Africa, Craig brings a global outlook with fresh ideas to Altamus. He has a unique exposure to different cultures, languages, and religions, from his extensive travels throughout Africa, Europe, Australia, and the United States. This has helped him develop key people skills and form lasting business relationships.
He worked in Facilities Maintenance in London before graduating from the University of South Africa with a Bachelor of Business Management with focuses on facilities and operations.
Prior to joining Altamus, Craig spent 8 years at Biltmore Farms in Asheville, he was a part of the Property Management team to win the National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for “The Best in Industry for 9 properties and “A List” Platinum Awards for 6 properties. While he focused on building relationships and providing world class customer service, his extensive work on the commercial and residential portfolios at Biltmore Park Town Square, a $200 million mixed-use town center, he was promoted to Director of Operations.
